Shipping Policy
At Vintagecz, all products are made to order. This means each item is produced after your order is placed, based on the product, size, color, photo, text, and personalization details you provide at checkout.
Please review your order information carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not guarantee international shipping unless it is clearly available at checkout.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no additional standard shipping fees for U.S. orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, please allow:
3–5 business days for order processing and production.
Processing time includes preparing your order, reviewing the customization details, printing, quality checking, and packing the item for shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4. Estimated Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:
7–10 business days within the United States.
5. Estimated Total Delivery Time
The estimated total delivery time is:
10–15 business days from the date your order is placed.
This includes both production time and shipping transit time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once production or shipping has started.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
9. Multiple Item Orders
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on production time, product type, or warehouse availability.
You may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they enter production.
Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been submitted, processed, or shipped.
