If a customer submits low-quality, blurry, cropped, misspelled, incorrect, or incomplete content, the final product may reflect those issues. Vintagecz is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or low-quality information submitted by the customer.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use any Vintagecz website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions, and availability at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. Orders may be subject to verification before fulfillment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

Vintagecz currently ships within the United States.

Shipping times may include both production time and carrier transit time. Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page and may vary depending on order volume, product type, destination, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Vintagecz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, customs issues, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because many Vintagecz products are custom-made or made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer.

However, we may offer a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or significantly different from your order details.

Because custom and made-to-order products may enter production quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order has started production, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
